From the North
From York take the A1079 to Beverley then the A1035 towards Hornsea. At the roundabout with
the A165, take the A165 towards Hull till you go through the village of Skirlaugh just out
of the village take the 1st left signposted New Ellerby and Withernwick(Mulberry Lane) and
follow the brown tourist signs to Burton Constable.
From the West
From Leeds take the M62 to the end – then the A63 towards Hull (into a forty mile an hour limit
through two sets of main lights – over a roundabout – then next left slip road A1033 signposted Bridlington
York and Beverley then next roundabout second exit also signposted A1033 then at Main set of lights
(pedestrian set first) Turn right on to the A165 signposted Bridlington (this is the Holderness Road) at
the second roundabout take a right turn signposted B1238 Aldbrough at this roundabout you will follow the brown
tourist signs to Burton Constable – through the villages of Bilton – Wyton and Sproatley, just through the
village of Sproatly you have the Blue Bell Pub on your right (a white building) take the next left which is
Burton Constable Road and we are approx. 2 miles down on the left.
From the South
M1 to M62 east towards Hull or A15 over the Humber Bridge. Then A63 towards
Hull and follow as above.
